Product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and lead times may be provided by manufacturers or suppliers and may change without notice. WRV Group may correct errors, discontinue an item, or offer an equivalent alternative for customer approval when the requested item is unavailable.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Pricing is confirmed in the applicable quote or order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, freight, taxes, duties, special handling, and other order-specific charges. Payment terms are established in writing for each order.

Delivery dates are estimates unless WRV Group expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Shipping method, carrier, freight terms, and delivery requirements are based on the product, destination, and order. Delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, weather, government action, supply disruption, or other circumstances outside WRV Group's reasonable control do not constitute a breach.
6. Inspection and Claims
Customers must inspect shipments promptly. Visible damage or shortages should be noted on the carrier's delivery record. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to WRV Group as soon as possible with the order number, photographs, and supporting details.
7. Returns and Refunds
All returns require prior written authorization and are governed by the WRV Group Refund Policy. Medical, hygiene, safety, special-order, customized, clearance, and manufacturer-restricted products may be nonreturnable.
8. Product Selection and Use
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for its intended use and for following manufacturer instructions, warnings, training requirements, and applicable laws. WRV Group does not provide medical, clinical, engineering, or legal advice through this website.
9. Warranties and Liability
