Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after written confirmation and completion of applicable payment, credit, documentation, or purchase-order requirements. Processing time varies by product and supplier.

2. Shipping Methods

WRV Group uses parcel carriers, freight carriers, manufacturer-direct shipment, and other delivery methods as appropriate. The selected method depends on product size, weight, handling requirements, destination, and requested delivery date.

3. Delivery Estimates

Lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Availability, production schedules, carrier capacity, weather, government action, and other supply-chain conditions may affect delivery.

4. Shipping Charges and Freight

Shipping, freight, liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, appointment, hazardous-material, and special-handling charges may apply. Charges are included in the quote or communicated before order confirmation when available.

5. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, receiving hours, point of contact, site restrictions, and special instructions. Additional charges caused by incorrect information, refused delivery, redelivery, storage, or access restrictions may be billed to the customer.

6. Tracking and Order Updates

Tracking information is provided when available. Freight and manufacturer-direct shipments may use appointment scheduling or separate delivery documentation.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspect each shipment promptly. Note visible damage or shortage on the carrier's delivery record before signing when possible. Keep the packaging and report issues to WRV Group with photographs and supporting details.

8. Delivery Delays

WRV Group will communicate known delays and coordinate available alternatives. WRV Group is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.

9. Shipping Area

WRV Group supports delivery within the United States. Deliveries to remote, restricted, government, healthcare, or secure locations may require additional time, documentation, or coordination.
